Ok.........

Do any of you pards out there know the  tap and die thread size for the bead sight on a #97 shotgun??

Paladin,
I don't know offhand, mine are 6-48 because I made them that way and #6 is larger than the original. Are you replacing the front sight??

I have this very morning been to a pards workshop and we refitted it (the original) Like ya say its very small!!
But with a little adjustment (with a club hammer) :o



it seems to fit jest fine!!! ;D
