My German Cowboy buddies and I are interested in speeding up the action on our Henry Rifles. Does anyone know if someone sells a modified mainspring that would do the trick?.

I recommend removing the factory spring and lightly grinding / power-sanding. Do all the sanding in the longitudial (long-way) direction. The factory springs (and new replacements) I've seen have deep grinding marks crosswise...I estimate these will lead to spring breakage at/before 10,000 cycles. At minimum, remove these marks. Take off a bit more to lighten slightly. You can also slightly reduce the width of the factory spring. Some like to "hour-glass" the shape. Hold with bare hands while working it down. When it is too warm to hold, dunk it in cold water. This prevents changing the temper. I like my rifle to go "boom" every time, so I don't do any "race"-type mods to mine, other than fix the factory shortcomings.

I agree with Montana Slim on lightening the mainspring. He is right about the grinder marks, too. They can allow stress cracks to form and eventually cause the spring to break. The only other thing I do to mine is to lighten the carrier and lever springs by backing the screws off a bit so I can cycle the lever easier. I suppose they could move if not tightened all the way, but mine never have.

I agree with both of the post....................They will not only break they will flaten out..........Also becarefull not to overtighten screws, they will also break.  I don't think you'll make it to 10,000 rounds at around a thousand cycles you will notice problems.
