You're askin' the fox to guard the chickens.  I got a '92 SRC in 44-40 last week and have the NCOWS Convention and a gun auction coming up next weekend, I doubt I'll get out of either without a new piece.  I just cain't pass up them 44WCF's.

Very nice rifle!  I was hoping someone would start doing repro's of this fine rifle.
If it was designed to be a buffalo rifle repeater, the rounds might be a little hard on steel targets.
Does it have more kick?
I wonder how the muzzle velocity/energy compares to our standard calibers?
