New to the forum. I am looking for a slim style holster and belt for my Euroarms .36 cal Remmy Repro. Also would like to change grips to something a little more custom....any advice or reccomendations????

Just about any of the leather makers can set you up with a set of Slim Jims. The first pic is one of mine that I just put leather dye over the original finish to hold me over until I could get some other grips for it. I kinda like the look so I'm in no hurry to change them yet. I usually put Gripmaker grips on mine so the second pic is one of mine with his simulated Stag. Gripmaker grips are virtually indestructible and they age like real stag or ivory.

Thanks for the heads up on the grips and holsters. Kinda new to all this and not real sure which direction to head. I was looking at gripmaker on the web, but did not see a listing for the Remington. Musta been dozing. I really like the look of the stag. That is the look I am going for. Thanks for the advise.

Howdy Kid,
I had Grouchy Old Bear make me a set of slimjim style holsters for my 75's.  Go to www.westerngunleather.com
and check out his work. Look at the " PECOS ".  He will work with you if you need something special. Great stuff.
Tell him Jake Stoner sent ya.   ;D

For holsters you might try http://www.oklahomaleatherproducts.com/ they have a nice selection at good prices. I bought mine from them then soaked them in neetsfoot oil and decorated them with conchos and spots from Hobby Lobby to match my hat band on my other hat.
Cousin we been ashooten at each other all day! How about we stop for a beer then we kin go home and get our axes. Or just as good, lets forget this whole dang feud, I'm agetten too old for this anyhow!

Major321,
ROFLMAO!
It wasn't exactyl SILVER that was in the creek in my home town that I took my alias from, but it's name was Halfway Creek. The local manure estuary as it were. Couldn't have been too bad cause there were fish and crawdads in it .

The grips are from Grips.com and come to you Lilly white. I used heat from a propane torch on them too. after overnight in the lemon Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar. Be careful, cause they will burn. The grips were that color on the gunfighter when I got the gun. Don't know where they came from but would like to know.  They are for sure NOT Grips .com grips.
