Admittedly I'm no help for USFA 38-40 barrels.  Any barrels from USFA are going to be a hard find.  If not Holy Grail, pretty close.

Would be my suggestion to check in with VTI Guinparts as well as Taylors and Cimarron and see who is willing to special order a pair of Uberti Barrels for you.

May even be a Smith out there who will "make" a pair for you.  Not gonna be cheap in any case.  Best of luck with your quest.
