Anyone have any experience with Uberti's Courteney rifle?

Hi Galen, no experience.  I was going through old copies of Guns of the old West and found an add for the Courtney.  Looked nice, but seemed to be a solution looking for a problem.  Maybe if it's cheaper than a Ruger #1 in .30-06.
