Howdy Slam,

I believe that 4759 is no longer made. I used it (and it seemed to work well) in 45/70 and other rifle cartridges. I never used it in handgun loads.

Greetings My Dear Slam

As Our Good Rev Chase has related, 4759 was most useful in older rifle cartridges.

we discussed it here on CAS City

Sure, thank ya'll for the info. Not real sure if 4759 will fit my bill, from what i'v gathered, it is mostly for "reduced" loads. I don't think it is as slow as IMR 3031, which i like to use, but we'll be doing some testing.
