Holster for Colt Cobra .38SPL 2

I have an old Cobra with no ejector rod shroud and rounded butt and I cannot find a holster to fit it. I order "custom fit holsters", they don't fit. I send them back. Now I want to make a custom holster for this. Anyone here have any experience with it?

Ebay has dozens - look for 'D-Frame holster' in your search - they've been made by pretty much every major holster maker for decades - I'd try a DeSantis or Barranti.
