I was looking at a model 1873 rifle with a 62b tang site at a on line dealer.  Are there any one producing these currently?
Looks like it would be a nice addition to a rifle or carbine.

Unless you have a really nice original 1873 rifle or carbine to put one on, the 62B by itself will cost more than the reproduction rifle.  Two on Ebay right now, one at $1479.00 and the other at $1575.00.  These are VERY rare sights.

About a year ago  on E Bay there was a replica of a 62 b tang sight that sold for around 180 bucks if I remember correctly . Very nice looking sight it was , just a tad thicker than an original .  I agree if replicas were being made it would be a nice addition on a 73 . At this time I know of none being reproduced . ,,,,,DT
