Is there a way to reduce the trigger pull of the Armi Sports Spencer Carbine , currently the trigger pull is around 9-10 lbs and sometimes making me shake when I am taking those long distance shots.

There are a lot of folks here, and old threads dealing w/ such.  An easy way of helping the trigger pull is to take the trigger assembly out, and apply a little grease to the trigger sear.  That helped mine a whole bunch.

Is there any disassembly video or document that shows step by step instructions to disassemble the trigger assembly.

Hello, thespaniard:

Please check your PM's.

As for disassembly:
You will need a set of gunsmith bits to avoid damage to screw slots.

For lock removal, place hammer on half-cock and remove front lock PLATE screw ahead of the hammer and the rear lock screw from the opposite side of the stock.  Be careful to GENTLY TEST for lock plate contact with the inletting. If TIGHT in the wood, heavy-handed wiggling can lift a nasty wood splinter at the tail end.  Try to wiggle it with the hammer or see if the rear lock plate screw can be inserted two turns and gently tapped with a wooden dowel to push the lock plate tail a LITTLE.  Approach this as if you are dealing with your eyeballs.  Sorry.
Lubrication can be applied without lock disassembly.  A drop of good oil is enough. Then carefully cock the hammer and put a small dab of moly grease on the bottom of the tumbler for the sear to carry into the notch.  No excess oil.  If it runs onto the wood, that can weaken the resins and make the wood mushy, over time.

Boomstick fixed the 15 lb pull to like 5 lbs  ;D now I am
Happy as a Hog in mud with my Armi sports , it already shoots like a champ and now with the reduced trigger the small targets won't be missed as well.
I shot a Cody Dixon match in our local club and it's really more accurate than my 45-70 1886 Uberti model.

Great news on the improved trigger pull weight:
It will be helpful to know more.
Please tell us exactly what was changed.  Thanks.

Nothing was changed the spring was just polished using a belt grinder.
I think slow polishing taking some material off the spring if you don't have a grinder will work as well.
I did a test shot after the grinding to ensure the hammer tension is enough to cause the primer strike and shoot the bullet and not have a light primer.

Thanks for sharing:
Nice and simple approach:
Easy to get springs.
Happy for you. Smiles.
