Where can one obtain a Blakeslee Ctg Box ( Reproduction ) for a 56-50 Armi Sport .

Borderstates Leather works or Carrico's used to make them. Don't know if they still offer them.

You might also want to try C&C Sutlery.  They list one but it's only $80.00 which leads me to suspect its foreign made. I have one I purchased from a fellow reenactor who I believe had it made by Borderstates. He used it for years and so did I.  Still in nice shape.

Easiest way to find who makes them NOW,  just do a Google search - your parameters should read:

Blakeslee Cartridge Box

and you should get many options to look at.

Looks like there's not a source any more for a 13 tube one?

Hello:

I searched as Two Flints suggested and did not see "Coon Creek Old West", but they did appear when searched under their name. Within cartridge boxes is a Blakeslee box.  Sit down before looking at the price. I bought one, used as-new, via a SSS member.  No comparison to the imported ones. Coon Creek's is museum grade.  A friend wanted mine a few years back and won't part with it.  Coon Creek might be able to convince their artisan to do a larger one, but cost and delay might be prohibitive.  Another aspect is weight. The 56-50 ctg's are heavy at roughly 500 grains each.  A 13-tube Blakeslee full of them can equal the weight of a carbine.  Smiles.

I bought a 6 tube Blakeslee box last week from Coon Creek.  Excellent quality, but the tubes are aluminum tubing, still very serviceable. I
