I got a deer with my Spencer

I tried something different this year during deer season. I took out my original 56-50 Spencer loaded with a 350 gr bullet and 27 grains of pioneer powder. The deer was about 25 yards away, the bullet traveled from its neck through the spine lengthwise and exited half way through the deer. I guess that little cartridge has more power than I thought.

don't believe the shooter . . . need to see the deer alongside the Spencer with the shooter . . . who by the way is not a member of SSS . . . now if he were a member, and that happens by sending me an Email to fsgrand2@fairpoint.net then maybe his credibility would jump right up to where I'd believe him  . . .  just saying . . .
