Combination Tools

This might not fit exactly into the Spencer Shooting Society, but I'm posting it here because I suspect that you guys know the answer.

I bought a couple of combination tools off Ebay (see attached photo).  I was hoping for a Spencer tool, but I suspect that I have a Sharps tools and maybe a Remington Rolling Block tool.  I don't know much about these except a couple of mentions in my reference books and some online "research".  Can anyone enlighten me?

Thank you, sir.  I had come across the first link in my search, but not the second one.

My wife said yesterday that she had always thought that I would eventually come to an end of all of the gun-related items that I would want to buy, but is now coming to the conclusion that there is no end.  ;D  I told her that I think this kind of stuff is cool and she had to agree.  She's a fine woman.  It helps that I spent less than $35 (including shipping and tax) for these two tools.  Generally my purchases run much higher...
