Trapdoor breech plug interchangeability

Will 1873 trapdoor breech plugs interchange with 1868/70 trapdoor plugs or is the geometry different??
The west is the best, get here and we'll do the rest.

Everything from M-1866 through M-1888 is geometrically the same in my experience. Only difference in bluing.
