Merry Christmas, Pardners!

I have built some targets that spin end-over-end when hit.  Some for six-gun & some for shotgun.
They are a load of fun (for me anyhoo).

Who else likes them?----Designs them?----What do yours look & act like?

Pictures, please?

And do they have to be reset after each shooter?

Naw!
No, re-set----That's the beauty of 'em!

The one's I've built are rattlesnakes, paddles, diamonds, etc.  You shoot the top or bottom (as directed in the match's stage bulletin).  They go spinnin' around somewhat.  The heavier ones don't move as much wit' the smaller calibers.  But they gotta at least MOVE some to be a hit.

They are kinda hard to draw out usin' keyboard images.  But imagine a goalpost with a bunch of targets on the horizonal crossbar.  Ya shoot either the top plate or bottom plate & it will go around & balance back in the same position.  We have used 'em extensively at ENGC Cowboy & our home practice range, too.

The harder they're hit, the more they spin.

The scenario could be somethin' like:
A.   Shoot the first snake in the head twice & the tail once.
B.   Or it could be like:  Shoot target 1 on top; Shoot target 2 on bottom; Shoot target 3 on top; Repeat.

They can be real fun if they spin around more'n once or twice.
