Well, I joined SASS 1994 and shot matches most of the time until 2012 or 2013, when I left the sport.  I got bit by the bug again, and after a month of re-arming and reloading, I met up with Old pards from the California Rangers at Sac Valley shooting center, Ione, CA for my first match in four years.

What a hoot!  I never missed a target with the 4.75" 1872 and 1860 with R&D, shooting .45 Schofield!  Of course, I was so slow you could time me with a sundial, but who cares.  It was great to be back in the saddle and hook up with old CAS pards again!

Shot another local match this last week end.  Everything performed well, though I discovered the 1860 Thunderer Avenging Angel online and bought it.  Selling the antiqued 1860, and using the R&D cylinder it the Thunderer.
