Sarco has them in stock again. Received mine today. Leather is a chocolate brown, not correct for pre-WW1, but some shoe polish should fix that. VERY tight fit, as in, the strap on the flap comes up about 1/2-3/4of an inch short with the pistol in the holster. Will see if wet molding helps that situation any. Drydock, River City John- how did yours fit when new?

River City John

Mine is a 1902 manufacture original. Fits like they were born together,  .  .  . which they were. ;D

Now then, the repro for my 1882 Swiss Ord. was tight. Had to work it with Lexol.

Was looking at it some more last night. I think that, working it with some Lexol, or wet molding , might make it easier to holster the gun, but probably not help the strap problem. Seems like the muzzle is already bottoming out, and the strap won't fasten down, I think there's enough extra length to re sew it longer.

I have a repop leather Nagant holster keeper would reach the post ....LEXOL was the ticket....

wetted it down and worked with my hands,  it stretched enough.

Drydock

Mine was tight, but it worked.
