A search of topics here in CasCity indicate that Department of the Pacific Commander Malachi Thorne has not been active here in over 10 years. E-mails sent to his address of record have been returned as undeliverable.

I am therefore declaring Malachi Thorne, Commander, Department of the Pacific MIA and command of the department vacant.

Applications for his former position will be accepted and a new Department Commander chosen on the basis of these applications and suitability.

         I hereby humbly submit myself for consideration for the billet of Commanding Officer of the Dept. of the Pacific.
  It has been my honor to serve the past several years as commanding officer of the division of the pacific northwest, and should you decide to advance another officer to command the dept., I will happily remain in this billet, if that is your continued pleasure.
