Trouble sending messages

Can one of the administrators check my account?  I can receive messages.  I can post in threads, but for some reason, I can not reply to a message or send a message.

Inside each personal message, do you see the reply button?

Your account looks ok on my end.

I seem to be able to reply, but does not appear I can send.  They do not show up in my Outbox after I send them.

Did you get the test message I sent?

They will show up in your inbox if you type your message but before you send it scroll to the bottom of the page and check the box that says "save a copy to my inbox".
