Delmonico graced our little town today with his Dutch Oven cooking.
Every year in early September, our Table Rock Historical Society sponsors area 5th graders a whole day off to go through "live exhibits". And there were over 350 of them + the adults + teachers.
Delmonico was cooking all day and feeding the crowd.
And the chow was great.
No complaints, but a LOT of, "Can I get another?".

I will, was having trouble last night, had some I liked, a good one of you, will have to post your selfies, good laugh last night.

Was a good time, the laser or infrared gun was fun and interesting, Greg used it to check how accurate I am on my cooking temps.

All day long he amazed the crowd with his finger temperature sensing ability.
He would touch his ovens which were from 200 degrees Fahrenheit to over 400 degrees Fahrenheit and guess the temp that we were double checking with a digital laser thermometer.
The most he was ever off was 8 degrees

Wife has one, her vehicle was in the shop and we went somewhere in the Field Marshall and she wondered why I kept driving around when there was an open spot. "Well the Field Marshall does like having to be parked by one of the whinny Priuses." And that is when the fight began.
