Well I guess they can claim one in Omaha, could have put a chain on it and kept it in the yard and feed it crackers. LOL
Good thing it was small it was around 3:30 when people were starting to go home.

Barley made EF-1 at 87 mph, was on the ground a little over 6 miles and 50 yards wide, knocked down some tree branches, caused 5 people from out of state to pee themselves, locals were out with the cameras.

Remember in the movie Twister the guy talking about tossing a beer bottle in a small one, yeah, given the chance, I might have tried.   LOL

I love the smell of Black Powder in the morning!

El Peludo

Rained here today some. Mostly just real cloudy and cool, with occasional stiff breeze or actual wind.

Had rain/mist here today, might've made 50. Bad day at the salt mines, we had to check up on a resident that the neighbors said they hadn't seen for a while. Found him dead when we checked to see if the door was locked, must've been gone for quite a while as the stench when we cracked the door was pretty intense. We had gone around the outside two days ago and didn't smell it then. privacy matters kept us from going any further at that time until we could check to see if there was an emergency contact listed at the office. Wasn't any when they checked this morning. Gave me an instant flashback to when we had first moved into this home, guy next door had killed himself and wasn't found for a few days. Stench from that one was bad, but this one will be  much worse :( :-\ :P
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

Thanks for the Cawffee this morning. We have missed the storms so far. We have gotten some rain. They had a large hail storm in the Texas Panhandle on Wednesday.  The wheat crop was pretty well destroyed for this year. It looked like snow on n the ground.

Rained like a son-of-a-gun yesterday!  That kind of weather makes my sinuses drain, and I end up gagging.  Knocked me flat almost all of yesterday.  Recovering slowly to day.  Everything has already dried up outside.  Nothing for me for supper last hight or tonight.
