Short answer ....

NO.

The open top frame and the 1860 frame are sufficiently different they will not align.

I thought of one more situation that I think is relatable to the original question.

Would it also be possible to replace the Open Top barrel with a 1860 Army C&B barrel to create a near perfect resemblance to a 1860 Long Cylinder Conversion? I'm assuming that it would require some work to get it to fit correctly with the Open Top arbor and frame but it would be the correct bore size and with a reamed out Open Top cylinder, would like pretty dang good.

Thoughts? Would be a lot cheaper and way less time consuming way to get a Long Cylinder Conversion reproduction.

The cartridge circle (centerline) is different...........the Open Top was built bigger to be able to handle the rimmed cartridges, SO the bullet will not be centered in the bore (if the arbor is the same diameter and the alignment pins will line up).
The Richards conversion barrel should be the same? I don't own A Uberti Open Top or I would check it out for you......
I did just install a Uberti Richards 44 Colt Cylinder in an ASM conversion frame with an ASM 1860 Barrel.............NO DON"T ASK
