Good News - Bad News.  Depends on your outlook.  They are New Old Stock Navy Arms barrels.  No sights, no follower, no mag spring.
Had one in my hot little hands just about a week ago. 

They are 44-40 with a Uberti thread tenon.  Un-used, un-fired.  They are NOT the 44 RF barrels.
