I got some biglube bullets yesterday packed in styro trays. All the bullets have styro beads on them with some embedded in the lube. Can I use them this way? I can wipe off of the bullet but a lot in the lube.

Gotz your Big Lubes from Springfield Slim Didnja!!  Yes and yes.  The Styro beads will have no effect on the lube.  The styro will have no effect on the bullet, they just look a little wonky.  Slim's packaging ensures your bullets arrive pristine.  Ready to load.  So if you wipe the styro beads off the bullets but some get into the lube groove, no biggie.  If you don't wipe the bullets, no biggie.  Do clean your seater die after your loading session though.

What a relief, I thought what am I going to do now. I wish they'd never been like that but no harm no foul. Your right that they look kinda "wonky". Using as is. Will clean the die when done.

You need to pick each and every one out with a pair of tweezers.    ;)

Loaded up some rounds with my new StyroLube bullets last night and all went well. Made quite a mess of my seating die but it cleaned easily.

Here at Meadow's Edge, home of Big Lube, we pack our sample bullets in plastic trays.  The trays are recycled from clinics where they get their blood sample vials packed in them.  So, we recycle the trays and our bullets arrive in clean condition.  Styrofoam trays do exactly what has been stated.  The stuff is messy and has a bad appearance but doesn't hurt the bullets.
