1858 repro base pin question

I would really appreciate if some of you fellas with repro Uberti and Pietta 1858s would do me a favor.

If you have one or both, I need to know the cylinder pin diameter. If you have a calipers for a exact measurement that would be great. Need to see which one would be my best option for adapting it to my original 1864 production..

Too large is not a problem, too small is..Thanks

I think I found the answer on the 1858 forum in this thread..Maybe it will helpful to others.

Looks like the Uberti and Piettas are .277 and .278  Will order a Uberti one. Originals have a base pin diameter in the cylinder of .266  so I will have to pop it in the lathe likely and take some down.
