It has come to my attention that Capt. Dan Blodgett of the Dept of the Platte shot the SASS 3-day Winter Range match clean while in uniform as witnessed by Col. Sagebrush Burns. He has thus qualified for the GAF marksmanship award three times and is entitled to wear the Marksman Bar on his uniform in accordance with GAF policy. Congratulations Capt. Dan!
