USFA serial # manufacture date?

Picked up one this weekend at the gun show and it appears to be an early one. Serial #0104XX.

I believe it also has a letter P above or below the serial number. I'll have to double check when I get home.

Congratulations on your USFA (US Pat FA Co) acquisition!

Based on my USFA serial number information you have an early production USFA revolver made in approximately 1993 or 1994.

The first serial number I have recorded for USFA is P010429 so although my records are limited for early production it would appear that you are very close to the front of the line!

Enjoy  this vintage USFA single-action revolver.
