Difference between Spencer repro's...

Are there any differences between the Spencer repro's sold by Taylor's vs. Cimarron vs. Chiappa?  I guess some were made by Armi Sport, and some were made by Armi Chiappa, or are the the same company?

Chiappa, aka, Armi Chiappa, aka, Armi Sport are the Manufactures.
Taylor's and Cimarron are dealer/distributors. these may have their company names marked on the firearm.
