Welcome to NCOWS.  Okla Tom and I are both at the Berger Memorial aka NCOWS SW Regional.  It will be Sunday or Monday before your application can be completely processed.  There are 7 or 8 NCOWS members in the N. California, Washington, Oregon area.  I would hope that at some point some of you could get together and start a posse.  More to Follow.
