I have a new 3 band Spencer from Taylor's.  I would like to install a fairly authentic sling. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I test fired with Winchester brand cowboy loads  with good functioning. I had initial problem with the mag tube  not  going over
The butt plate detention ball that was eventually solved by Chiappa  gunsmith regrinding the mag tube handle cutout. During
Process of getting this fixed it came out that new production mag tubes were redesigned to fit all three current calibers and not
Being caliber specific. Very happy with fit finish and polishing of metal. Wood way better than I expected.

You may want to try Duval leather.  Nick Duval makes top notch leather gear.  Look for the 1861 Springfield sling.

Wow that's a beauty.  I think that's the nicest wood I've seen on Armisport Spencer. Congrats!
