After owning my '1 of 1,000' for one year and putting less than 100 rds through it, I have decided to let it go. It's too pretty to beat up as a main stage rifle and I find I like carbines better overall.

I will swap it for a current Winchester or Uberti SRC in 44-40 in the same Exc condition overall or a cash sale for the cost of a new carbine.

This would work better if the buyer was a Canuck, but it could be shipped to the US through a Canadian dealer/broker with the export licence.

Don't know how, but check page 195 of the Madis Winchester book for the engraving motif on the side plates - the Puma and the Elk.

This rifle has been sold to a couple of friends who are into "Bling!" in both guns and clothing.

I was never happy with it and didn't think it right to use it as a main stage rifle. Too pretty to beat up. The new owners will use it carefully.
