I have a brace of da/sa Nagant revolvers....I read where someone modified the "double action" out them?  I need Single Action only for SASS shooting...Any suggestion?   I can't afford to buy a pair of the Single action models, (haven't seen any listed).

Do a search, you will probably find photos of how to do it.  You have to remove the strut between the trigger and hammer, then it will be single action.

If ya put a small washer under the spring it will weaken the trigger pull AND make it into a SA. Ya have ta experiment with washer thickness. wM1

Any pictures or detailed instructions that a DIY-challenged guy like me could follow?

Maybe I could then pair my Nagant up with my Mod '89 Reichsrevolver.

I misspoke on the washer. It's a small nut, either a #6 or#8. Ya grind one side of it and stand it on edge between the part of the grip frame that faces forward and the spring. If it doesn't set off the primers just remove a little more of the nut.you will reach a point where the primers go off but it still has the DA disabled. If you want the DA to work just remove a little more. The best part of this "fix for a heavy trigger spring" is you are not doing any real change to the springs or any other part of the revolver. wM1

PS: I used ta have the link for that and a bunch of other stuff but my old computer died and I don't have all of my stuff back yet.

Search "Nagant revolvers" online.  I saw a couple of sites that talked about and showed the "nut" conversion. I have copies somewhere in my numerous notebooks.
