It was an honor to make this Holster. It is for good friend of mine's 107 year old Colt SAA. It is loosely based on a Holster shown in Packing Iron on page-101. Again, home brewed Walnut dye followed by Neet's Foot Oil and Skidmores.

The Pistol shown with the cards and coins is the 107 year old Colt

Ah I see that now, I though at first gland it looked very nice for a 100 year old gun.

I got the holster today and am VERY happy with it!!!  I have been wanting a !st gen. frontier six shooter for a couple of
years and finally found an affordable one at the Rock Island auction co. a couple months ago. I was pretty excited
about finally getting the real deal and told my friend Johnny about it, and being the GREAT guy that he is , he wanted to make
a holster for me. So now I have a wonderful piece of history with a holster made by a special friend. VERY COOL. I will try
to post a picture soon.

I wore the new holster and Colt in public Sat. for the first time. I was asked to do a talk about guns that
won the west at a wild west event at Cassville Wi.. After that was over I was invited to help
in a reenactment of Buffalo Bills wild west show, that was a lot of fun
