What time will the long range matches start on Wednesday? Are they going to be divided so that some divisions shoot in the morning and others in the afternoon?

I ask because I would like to participate if I can travel Wednesday morning and make it in time but I do not want to spend an extra night just be there for an early start on Wednesday.
