The long bench on the far wall will be the dedicated leatherwork area. I'll build some shelves or put in some cabinets over it for storage. I'll have a cutting station, stamping station, one for finish work and one for everything else......I think.

The table will be my handloading island. Then I have an area for gun safes, a sitting area, bookcases, etc.. I have exhaust fans for fumes on one side and cigar smoke on the other.  ;D

What a fine workspace, Craig. It's well-thought out and big enough to move around. I love the long workbench. You can just move from station to station until you have a finished project at the end. You may want to make your loading equipment removable so you can roll out a whole side of leather on that table to do your layout. I put my presses on with blind nuts so I can simply unscrew them and set them aside. I put the screws back in the countersunk holes when the press is not there. They don't get lost that way.
