My First Gladius Sheath / Holster

I had a customer want a sheath for his hand made Gladius.

Neither are "period perfect", . . . preferring to call them as "general interpretations"

Anyway, . . . he loved it, . . . and I learned a bit from it.

It is the only blade sheath you could turn upside down and shake, . . . yet a 2+ pound blade would not come out, . . . but at the same time, . . . if you pulled on it, . . . comes out slicker than easy.
