Did I Do Something?

Howdy,

Has there been any changes to the layout of the siet? I havebedn bouncing between the desktop and my tablet. Well yesterday I cleared the cookies and caches. When I signed back on I noticed that the area at the  top where notification of new messages was gone. Not sure what I hit, have tried profile and settings and cann't fix it.

Any help would be aporeciated.
