To all the Double M cowboys;

I attended the NCOWS convention that you hosted as new a newcomer as can be.  Never seen a match, didn't know anything beyond internet bla bla about NCOWS.  After 4 days with you I came away a died in the wool NCOWS fan and a huge fan of the Double M Cowboys in particular.

For those who were unable to attend, all I can say is the Double M crew are great hosts.    The match was great fun, the convention informative, and the fellowship beyond description.

To all the Double M Cowboys, even the one who calls me a pain in the a$$ (you know who you are) many many thanks for a great time.

Hey there Roger,

So glad to hear that you enjoyed the Convention. The Double M cowboys are some of the finest people I know. Not to be "Tootin" my own horn but, I'm proud to call myself part of the gang. We all were very proud to host the convention this year, and equally proud to hear how much you enjoyed it. Hope to see you on the range soon.

+1 to Double M for a good event.

And to all who weren't on his posse.... he sure didn't SHOOT like a newcomer!

We had a great time  and yes Double M are a great bunch of cowboys and cowgirls.  Thanks for everything.  If you missed it shame on ya!          Floozy and  Bushwhacker.

Excellent job, and the range shows a lot of hard work considering it did not exist a year ago.

Well done, Double M Cowboys!

p.s. And when I proudly announced to my wife that I took third place in my category, she smiled and quipped "So only three people signed up for your category?"

The convention was a success, the Double M bunch did a fantastic job. I met some new friends and enjoyed seeing old friends too. The food at the banquet was great as well as the food in Fire and Ice. We had a good turnout on the Vendors, I hope that they made money during the Convention.

Two Bit Charlie

This was my first convention, and did I have a great time.  I want to thank the Double M Cowboys for everything from a great shoot, well except for Boot Hill, that's  when the wheels came off the trolly, what a train wreck that was,   :D  to the banquet and convention itself.  I got lost on the way to the shoot (bad map, not directions) and arrived late.  The Double M Cowboys gave me a personal safety check and then let me shoot.  Thank You!!

Regarding the Convention & Pre-convention Shoot...
To paraphrase an old quote from the the original TV series 'A-Team', "I love it when a plan comes together!"
I don't recall who in past years suggested or proposed that a Shoot combined with the convention would be a positive and overwhelming success, but I hope that person is beaming with pride that it somehow got done and will become a continuing effort in years to come.
Best regards and sorry I couldn't be there to join in the festivities and buy lead from I. Will Ketchum!

It was great to visit with C. O. Jones again this year at the Convention. The Ramada was a great place for the Convention and the Double M Cowboys did a great job, especially Renaye and her husband.
