I have a Spencer carbine that has been donated to our local historical society the sn# is 13033 it has a 20 inch barrel with 6 groove rifiling, sights that are for a model 1860, stabler cut off and esa cartouche.

Does anyone know where it may have been prior to springfield armory, any history that may be available would be helpful.

Have you read my Spencer Serial # disclaimer ??? ???

You have a Spencer Carbine # 13033

Closest serial # I find to your #13033 is a Spencer Carbine, serial #13035 issued to a member of Company I, 3rd Michigan Volunteer Cavalry in May of 1864

Again, Please read my disclaimer.
