RCBS Rotary Case Trimmer Conversion kit

I saw at Midway there is a conversion kit for the RCBS  Rotary Case trimmer that converts it to 50 cal. Midway says it's only for converting to 50 BMG. Does anyone know if this kit will work to trim Starline 56-50 brass?  It's about $65.

Best bet would be to Email RCBS . . . but I THINK I remember a post from a long time ago that indicated it would not trim 56-50 brass.  RCBS Customer Service will probably give you the correct and fastest answer to your question . . . my gut feeling says NO.

FWIW - the Lyman Univeral Trimer works great with .56-50, .50-70 and .50-95.  I bought it just for that purpose.  Some take a just a tad bit of grinding with a Dremel to the opening of the universal chuck, but not much.  Maybe 10 seconds of work.
