Have just made a Dog bone holster for a customers 1860 Army. I love that model. .

Beautiful! That is my favorite style of Holster. Looks like it is right out of the pages of "Packing Iron"

I belive it's the shape of the skirt GCR. You can load a dog bone with nitroglycerin, but the dog only bite ones  ;D

Logan. I used Fiebings walnut oil dye and applyed it with a sponge..
