USFA Flat Top Target

There was a USFA single action flat top target that was full dome blue and appeared to me to be one comprised of import parts that just sold on GB for $2925.00. I am assuming they must be pretty rare or extremely desirable. I think of the ones I have been watching that it may be the highest one so far. I think there was a Bisley that went for around that price range or close to it awhile back but it was NIB, had two cylinders, and all USA.
