there is the new holster "Mounted"
A number of shooters asked us to stiffen at most our holsters, even more than the " lone star ", the "wyatt"...
For this process technique, it is two sheets of full-grain leather, that are sticked (approximately 8 in 12 mm in thickness)

on the US traditional holsters, the skirt, that it's sewed or riveted, is blocked on the holster, what needs, for the maintenace or other one, to twist the holster (break the molding) to close the holster



with our technique, this problem doesn't exist

the entire the holster is dipped into a mixture of water and natural vegetable oil, extracted from.....
what is going to confer on the holster an extreme rigidity ,quite there the nourishing


the holster , once molded, becomes the real open "box", for a fast and fluid " reholstering"
