Blackpowder Burn

A case full of 2Fg or 3Fg BP, enough to provide a slight compression (typically 32 to 33 grains by weight).

A "Mav Dutchman" Big Lube bullet.  Buy a mold from Dick Dastardly (www.biglube.com) or buy cast bullets lubed with SPG from Mark Whyte of Whyte Leatherworks (www.whyteleatherworks.com).

Simple, effective, accurate.  I've been using this load for years.

Thank you for your hint.

do you think that the LEE breech lock hand press kit is enough if i intend to reload max. 50 rounds per month?

I have a Lee hand press and I have loaded 150 .44-40 rounds in one sitting watching TV.

An excellent choice! ;D   I have several presses of different types but the hand press gets the most use 8) 8)

P.S; Even if you get another press, you will find plenty of use for the ol' hand press. Mainly so you don't miss your favorite HDTV show ;D
