Richards and Mason mainspring?

Sierra Sue would like to have the mainsprings lightened in her Uberti R&M's so I was wondering who makes lighter springs that would still permit the use of CCI primers?
After doing a search I saw where the installation of Lee or VTI springs would make CCI's iffy. What about Wolff springs?
It would not be a problem if I have to switch primers to Winchester primers, we just have a number of reloads with CCI primers and would like to know before buying primers again.

Try Lee Springs, I have them in my R&M & Type II...

Wolf are somewhat lighter that VTI's ....IMO

I wouldn't recommend this without smoothing the innards. With slick actions, I run CCI primers and light springs in all my over two dozen single actions and have never had an issue with ignition. Mostly Wolff.

Thanks for the replies.
I've gone through three of our R&M's and smoothed the innards up along with doing all the tuning as prescribed in Pettifoggers instructions.
I still need to do this on her other one.
She got a hold of the pair of OT's I just bought and felt how smooth they are along with the mainspring strength and trigger pull.
The two '58 Remington's I converted had reduced power mainsprings in them when I bought them as cap and ball pistols. They have no problems with CCI's.

If the actions are smooth there shouldn't be any problem whatsoever. Some people like the  music wire trigger/bolt spring, some thing they feel a little mushy. I use them but agree that the reduced power flat springs have a better feel to them.

After doing a little more checking and knowing that the reduced power springs in my converted '58's look like Wolff springs (have the split in the middle) it seems that the Wolff reduced power mainsprings for Uberti/Colts can also used in a '58 Pietta.
This may answer my original question as these '58's have no trouble with CCI primers.
