photo posting problem...New server?

I'm trying to post photos today, doesn't seem to be working. Follow the same procedure as before, click browse, click on  picture, everything's fine until I click on "post", then instead of posting, it goes to "can't display this web page" Only does that if I have pictures attached, posts normally with no pics.
