I'm glad it was just general maintenance!  Remember, the cane goes on the side that isn't hurt, most people put it on the side with the injury, but that just puts more weight on it.  I haven't been able to log on for a few days, so when I saw this thread, I was pretty worried.  I'm glad all is well!  Speedy recovery and good heath.

Thanks, pards. Masive, the physical therapist set me straight on the cane. You're absolutely right, there. It's surprising the difference.
