Howdy, I was just reading a few of the older posts tonight and did a dangerous thing, I got to thinking. So, here's the question. If you could make just one leather item/accessory/etc from now on, what would it be and why?

With over 33 diffierent items in my catalog, including 12 different styles of holsters, it would be a bit difficult to make a choice of a single item. That doesn't count an endless variety of sizes for various guns. But, it I dropped everything from the product line, I guess I would go with my #961 Trailrider holster, a canted crossdraw hunting holster, which was actually the first one I made for myself years ago.

Thats interesting. Funny thing is the one thing I think I would like to do is something I've not made yet, Rifle scabbards. You don't have to tell me, it even sounds nuts when I say it. Of course a single strap, basket weave SA holster is hard to beat. I believe either item would allow me to add variety without burning out.

Thanks for playing along, anyone else??

It is not as common now but I probably sold more rifle lever wraps than any other single item!  At one time every guy in the area had one and a backup so sales finally slowed down.  Belt slides for shot shells and cartridges are always an in demand item.
