Chronicle reaching the East Coast?
« on: October 07, 2005, 04:18:30 PM »
How long does it take to reach this part of the country?  I recieved last months issue only because it was forwarded from my old Texas address.  I have updated and received confirmation that SASS has my new mailing address.  Just getting curious.  I usually got it the first week of the month in Texas.

I usually get mine between the 12th & 15th. I'm about the mid-point, so you should get yours between the 24th & 26th.  ;)

Thank you for the insight.  That will be better actually.  I used to get the Chronicle and American Rifleman about the same day or week.  Now I can spread out my reading enjoyment.   8)

I think the PO gremlins borrow mine.

I'm on the west coast ... but NEVER, EVER get it until after any "upcoming events" have passed.

It's gotta be the gremlins at the Post Office distribution center, since it doesn't matter that I've moved a few times under different local POs.

The printers mail them, not the main office. Plus they're done in lots, so SASS doesn't have total control on when they're sent out......Buck 8) ::) :o ;)

Hey Pards and Little Ladies,
I just want to take a couple of lines here, check out page 65 of the October Issue of the Chronicle.  They have a review of my book "Trawlaine".   The November issue, I am told will have a review of the sequel "Trawlaine's Land."  Please give them a read.

Thanks to all
