Confused! Where to post....

Well, with all the posts bein' moved from here to there & there to here, I cain't figure out what should be posted where???  Things I think should be on other forums are here at the Longbranch & things I think belong at the Longbranch, are moved elsewhere!  This town is startin' to get real confusin', lol.!

CAS related topics are the top boards on the forum, then comes the special interest CAS topics and then other boards where fellow shooters can share non-cas topics. We like this site to be inclusive, but the priority boards about CAS is on the top. Most people are looking for CAS topics and should not have to search up and down and in between.

All of this has to have a user friendly system, so members don't have to spend too much time to find what they are looking for.

However, the Longbranch is the exception. This is a neutral meeting place to say howdy and even start a thread if you can't find a suitable board  or if you are just not sure where to post. It is generally left in the Longbranch for a while and then if need be, moved to the appropriate board by the moderators. Please don't take that as something negative. It is just a rearranging, making room kind of thing. You know, putting the reloading supplies in the gun room and the pots and pans back in the kitchen.

It is quite simple actually. If members cannot find a board to post a specific topic, then start in the Longbranch. If it is moved, it just shows you where to post a similar topic the next time.
